Code Security Specialist

Help us make security part of how software is designed and built, not something checked at the end. You will work closely with engineering teams across our enterprise applications to identify weaknesses early and strengthen our secure development practices.
What you’ll do
- Review application code, architecture and dependencies for security risks.
- Support threat modelling, vulnerability management and secure design reviews.
- Embed practical security controls into the software development lifecycle.
- Work with engineers to remediate findings from testing, scanning and penetration assessments.
- Help strengthen security standards, guidance and engineering practices across Luminara.
What we’re looking for
- Strong application-security or secure-software-engineering experience.
- Ability to review code and reason about security across web, API and cloud environments.
- Practical judgement: you can distinguish meaningful risk from theoretical noise.
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with engineers.
Marketing Manager

What you’ll do
- Own positioning, messaging and campaigns across Luminara and its enterprise applications.
- Create and manage content across the website, thought leadership, social channels and sales materials.
- Turn technical products and client problems into simple, credible market narratives.
- Support launches, events, partnerships and demand-generation activity across priority markets.
- Build the marketing rhythm, measurement and processes of a growing software company.
What we’re looking for
- Strong B2B, enterprise-software or technology marketing experience.
- Excellent writing and an instinct for clear positioning.
- Ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Curiosity about African enterprise markets and the institutions we serve.
Sales Specialist

Help institutions understand where Luminara can make a difference. This is consultative enterprise sales: learning the client’s problem, shaping the opportunity and building the trust needed to move from first conversation to long-term relationship.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of banks, large businesses and regulated institutions.
- Run discovery conversations and translate client needs into clear opportunities for Luminara.
- Coordinate proposals, demonstrations and commercial conversations with product and delivery teams.
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and partners across priority African markets.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and help improve our sales process as we grow.
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling B2B technology, software or professional solutions.
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to understand complex problems rather than relying on transactional sales scripts.
- Persistence, ownership and strong written and verbal communication.
